GENESIGHT is a service that our providers use to assess a patient’s genetic compatibility with psychiatric medications based on the unique DNA of each patient. GENESIGHT testing involves the simple swabbing of the inside of a patient’s cheek. The swab containing the DNA material is sent to GENESIGHT by our providers and typically within a week, our providers have an extensive DNA profile for the patient. This comprehensive DNA analysis assists our prescribers in finding the best suited medications for the patient tested.
